The Cúl Maroon Pathway
Cúl Maroon, our nursery section is for boys and girls aged 4, 5 and 6. Boys then progress to the Under 7s as part of our primary section and the girls progress to under 8 LGFA/Camogie,
The aim of Cúl Maroon is to give your child his/her first taste of Gaelic Games in a fun, action packed and safe environment.
Your child will learn the fundamental movement skills of agility, balance and co-ordination, known as the “ABCs”.
They will learn and develop the skills of hurling/camogie and football through fun games and fun play.
What time do we train?
Cúl Maroon training takes place twice a week:
Saturday To ensure compliance with current Public Health guidelines, we will have two Cul Maroon sessions on Saturday mornings; 9.00am -10.00am and 10.00 – 11.00.
Thursday Hurling 6.00pm – 7.00pm. Helmets are compulsory. Given our current circumstances, helmets will not be available to borrow – players must have a helmet to train.
