The Cúl Maroon Pathway
Cúl Maroon, our nursery section is for boys and girls aged 4, 5 and 6. Boys then progress to the Under 7s as part of our primary section and the girls progress to under 8 LGFA/Camogie,
Our Aim
The aim of Cúl Maroon is to give your child his/her first taste of Gaelic Games in a fun, action packed and safe environment.
Your child will learn the fundamental movement skills of agility, balance and co-ordination, known as the “ABCs”.
They will learn and develop the skills of hurling/camogie and football through fun games and fun play.
What time do we train?
Cúl Maroon training takes place twice a week:
Saturday 9.00am – 10.00am – Football
Thursday 6.00pm – 7.00pm – Hurling ( players must have a helmet to train)
Where do we train?
We train on the “Street Leagues Pitch” in front of the club house or in the club hall if the weather is against us.
